En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 us deixarem amb una calenta i una freda perqu\u00e8 tingueu les dues opcions ben present sempre.<\/p>\n<h3>Crema freda de remolatxa (2 o 3 racions)<\/h3>\n<p>Necessitarem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 Remolatxa cuita<\/li>\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n<li>2 Alls picats<\/li>\n<li>5 Pastanagues<\/li>\n<li>3 Cullerades de suc de poma<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Culleradeta d&#039;orenga seca<\/li>\n<li>2 Culleradetes de sal marina<\/li>\n<li>2 Cullerades de vinagre de poma<\/li>\n<li>2 Cullerades d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pas 1<\/h4>\n<p>Sofregirem les <strong>cebes <\/strong>i el <strong>all <\/strong>amb <strong>oli<\/strong> i una mica de <strong>sal <\/strong>durant 10 minuts. Afegirem les <strong>pastanagues<\/strong>, el pebrot, dues tasses d&#039;aigua i el <strong>orenga<\/strong>. Taparem i courem durant 20 minuts.<\/p>\n<h4>Pas 2<\/h4>\n<p>Afegirem finalment la <strong>remolatxa <\/strong>i la farem pur\u00e9. Tamb\u00e9 afegirem el <strong>vinagre <\/strong>i el <strong>suc de poma<\/strong> que ens donar\u00e0 aquell toc d&#039;acidesa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pas 3<\/h4>\n<p>Deixem refredar i emplatem. Un cop fet aix\u00f2 podem afegir la guarnici\u00f3 que m\u00e9s ens agradi, com el <strong>pa fregit<\/strong> o torrat, un <strong>cogombre <\/strong>tallat a dauets o <strong>alf\u00e0brega fresca<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"La remolatxa \u00e9s un dels aliments m\u00e9s saludables, \u00e9s recomanable prendre almenys alguna cosa amb remolatxa un cop per setmana.\" src=\"\/media\/upload\/2018\/08\/29\/beetroot-1814251_960_720.jpg\" style=\"width:100%\" title=\"Sopa de remolatxa\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Sopa hortelana amb faves (2 racions)<\/h3>\n<p>Per a aquesta recepta necessitarem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Tira d&#039;api<\/li>\n<li>2 Patates tallades a daus<\/li>\n<li>2 Pastanagues<\/li>\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n<li>1 Tassa de faves fresques<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Tassa de blat de moro<\/li>\n<li>1 Culleradeta d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 Culleradeta de Sal Marina<\/li>\n<li>Mis blanc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pas 1<\/h4>\n<p>Sofregirem les <strong>cebes <\/strong>amb el <strong>oli d&#039;oliva<\/strong> i <strong>sal <\/strong>durant uns 12 minuts, sense deixar de remenar perqu\u00e8 no se&#039;ns cremi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pas 2<\/h4>\n<p>Afegirem la resta dels ingredients i tirem amb aigua freda fins que cobreixi tota la <strong>verdura<\/strong>. Taparem i courem a foc lent durant mitja hora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pas 3<\/h4>\n<p>Si la consist\u00e8ncia no \u00e9s del nostre gust sempre podem afegir m\u00e9s aigua fins que quedi com ens agradi. Per sort, el <strong>seitan <\/strong>i la <strong>soja texturitzada<\/strong> ho reemplacen amb un sabor \u00fanic i exquisit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Macarrons amb seitan (3 racions)<\/h3>\n<p>Per a aquesta recepta necessitarem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 Paquet de macarrons integrals<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Paquet de seitan tallat a gla\u00e7ons<\/li>\n<li>Julivert fresc tallat fi<\/li>\n<li>1 Cullerada d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cullerada de sal marina<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de tom\u00e0quet al gust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pas 1<\/h4>\n<p>Bullir els <strong>macarrons <\/strong>amb abundant aigua i un pessic de sal, se li pot afegir una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi la <strong>pasta<\/strong>. Si vols comprovar si la pasta ja est\u00e0 ben cuita, pots agafar-ne un <strong>macarr\u00f3 <\/strong>i tallar-ho, si el color de l&#039;interior \u00e9s igual que el de l&#039;exterior ja estan llestos. Un cop llestos procedim a esc\u00f3rrer-los.<\/p>\n<h4>Pas 2<\/h4>\n<p>Fregim el <strong>seitan <\/strong>amb una mica de <strong>oli d&#039;oliva<\/strong> fins que la seva consist\u00e8ncia sigui m\u00e9s cruixent i menys gelatinosa. Un cop fregit, ho deixem sobre paper de cuina perqu\u00e8 absorbeixi l&#039;oli.<\/p>\n<h4>Pas 3<\/h4>\n<p>Barregem el <strong>seitan <\/strong>amb la <strong>salsa de tom\u00e0quet<\/strong> i els <strong>macarrons<\/strong>. Podem decorar amb una mica de <strong>julivert <\/strong>i si volem afegir una mica de sabor extra podem afegir una mica de <strong>orenga <\/strong>i <strong>formatge <\/strong>o <strong>formatge veg\u00e0<\/strong> en cas de ser-ho.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"El seitan \u00e9s un genial substitutiu de la carn picada o de l&#039;escalop en molts casos.\" src=\"\/media\/upload\/2018\/08\/29\/macarrones_bolonesa_seitan_2.jpg\" style=\"width:100%\" title=\"Seitan amb salsa\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Espagueti amb bolonyesa (soja texturitzada)<\/h3>\n<p>Per a aquesta recepta necessitarem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 Paquet d&#039;espaguetis<\/li>\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Ceba<\/li>\n<li>3 Tom\u00e0quets frescos<\/li>\n<li>1 Tassa de bolets<\/li>\n<li>1 Cullerada d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cullerada de sal marina<\/li>\n<li>1 Cullerada de pebre vermell fumat<\/li>\n<li>1 Raig de salsa de soja<\/li>\n<li>Orenga<\/li>\n<li>1 Got de soja texturitzada fina&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pas 1<\/h4>\n<p>Bullir la <strong>pasta <\/strong>amb una mica de <strong>sal <\/strong>i <strong>oli <\/strong>perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi, si vols pots afegir-ne una <strong>pastilla de verdures<\/strong> per donar-li m\u00e9s sabor. Un cop estigui bullida l&#039;escorrem.<\/p>\n<h4>Pas 2<\/h4>\n<p>Triturarem els 4 <strong>tom\u00e0quets frescos<\/strong> per fer la salsa. Tallem tota la <strong>verdura <\/strong>a daus i la fregim amb <strong>oli d&#039;oliva <\/strong>fins que quedi totalment daurada, sense deixar de moure perqu\u00e8 no es cremi. Afegir la <strong>soja texturitzada<\/strong> i barrejar fins que la soja tamb\u00e9 es dauri. Afegir <strong>salsa de soja<\/strong> i un got i mig daigua.<\/p>\n<h4>Pas 3<\/h4>\n<p>Quan la <strong>soja <\/strong>hagi absorbit tota l&#039;aigua afegim la <strong>salsa de tom\u00e0quet<\/strong> al costat del pebre vermell <strong>vermell fumat<\/strong> i el <strong>orenga<\/strong>.
