Us deixo amb una petita aliments que poden ajudar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vegetals de fulla verda<\/li>\n<li>Nabius<\/li>\n<li>Festucs<\/li>\n<li>Xocolata negra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vegetals de fulla verda<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Heather Mangieri<\/strong> la portaveu de la <strong>Acad\u00e8mia de Nutrici\u00f3 i Diet\u00e8tica<\/strong> ens deixava aquestes paraules sobre les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vix.com\/es\/imj\/salud\/158107\/estos-son-los-7-vegetales-de-hoja-verde-que-deberias-estar-comiendo-mas\"><strong>vegetals de fulla verda<\/strong><\/a> i com poden ser de beneficiosos per a l&#039;estr\u00e8s:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;Les verdures de fulla verda com l&#039;espinac contenen folat, que produeix dopamina, un qu\u00edmic cerebral que indueix el plaer, cosa que ajuda a mantenir la calma<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Aquestes paraules a m\u00e9s no s\u00f3n res de nou el 2012 un estudi del <strong><em>Journal of Affective Disorders&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>ens ensenyava com el folat que aquestes contenen podien ajudar a reduir el risc de s\u00edmptomes de depressi\u00f3.
