Et deixem <strong>2 receptes que s\u00f3n senzilles, barates i per a tota la fam\u00edlia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Amanida de fruita.<\/h3>\n<p>Per a aquesta recepta necessitar\u00e0s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sucre (bru si ho prefereixes que \u00e9s m\u00e9s saludable)<\/li>\n<li>Fruites al gust.<\/li>\n<li>Mel.<\/li>\n<li>Gelat.<\/li>\n<li>Llet condensada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La fruita que tri\u00efs va totalment al gust, pots agafar <strong>aranja<\/strong>, <strong>cireres<\/strong>, <strong>pinya<\/strong>, <strong>pomes<\/strong>, <strong>pr\u00e9ssecs<\/strong>, el que vulguis i en la quantitat que vulguis. Renteu b\u00e9 la fruita i talleu-la a trossos petits.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop tallada la fruita afegeix-lo a un bol gran, aboca llet condensada dol\u00e7a o llet sencera a la fruita, afegeix mel o sucre moreno i remou. Un cop remogut afegeix la barreja al congelador una estona.<\/p>\n<p>Traieu la barreja del congelador i serviu-la a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.es\/Aitsite-pl\u00e1stico-cucharas-Desechables-Appetizer\/dp\/B07RRGZ6Z3\/&amp;tag=cmvr0d-21\"><strong>copes petites<\/strong><\/a> per als convidats amb una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.es\/WMF-Molde-Helado-21cm-5cm\/dp\/B00008XVET\/&amp;tag=cmvr0d-21\"><strong>bola de gelat<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"La fruita \u00e9s saludable i refrescant i ajudar\u00e0 en aquests dies calorosos els teus convidats.\" src=\"\/media\/upload\/2019\/07\/06\/fruit-2305192_960_720.jpg\" style=\"width:100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Batut de m\u00e0nec gelat.<\/h3>\n<p>Per a aquesta simple recepta necessitarem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e0nec.<\/li>\n<li>Sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Gelat de vainilla. (o sabor al gust)<\/li>\n<li>Tassa de llet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per fer el batut de m\u00e0nec gelat, haurem de tallar un m\u00e0nec a dauets, empolvorar sucre per sobre dels daus de m\u00e0nec (preferiblement sucre bru que \u00e9s m\u00e9s saludable).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un cop tallem i empolvorem, haurem d&#039;aixafar els trossos i afegir-ho aixafat a la liquadora. Hi afegim un parell de boles de gelat i una tassa de llet. Un cop estigui tot afegit a la liquadora haur\u00e0s de liquar fins que quedi una barreja suau.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Per decorar pots fer servir para-sols i una copa elegant.\" src=\"\/media\/upload\/2019\/07\/08\/mango-2360551_960_720.jpg\" style=\"width:100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Postres fredes veganes.<\/h3>\n<p>Si per algun casual tenim un convidat veg\u00e0, les postres de iogurt veg\u00e0 \u00e9s una opci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida i senzilla, nom\u00e9s necessitar\u00e0s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Iogurt de soja.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tassa de granola vegana o civada.<\/li>\n<li>1 pl\u00e0tan.<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de maduixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En un petit gotet afegim la meitat de la granola o civada, sobre la meitat de granola aboquem la meitat del iogurt. Ara, has de tallar a petits trossets la maduixa i el pl\u00e0tan, per afegir una altra capa m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Repeteix, el proc\u00e9s per capes, fins que tinguis una mena de postres uniforme. Per decorar pots posar una fulla de menta i deixar mitja maduixa al cim.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Amb aquestes senzilles postres veg\u00e0 tindr\u00e0s a tots gaudint d&#039;unes grans postres fredes.\" src=\"\/media\/upload\/2019\/07\/08\/strawberries-498207_960_720.jpg\" style=\"width:100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Past\u00eds fred.<\/h3>\n<p>Per aquesta recepta necessitar\u00e0s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Galetes maria.<\/li>\n<li>Llet condensada.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9ssec.<\/li>\n<li>Margarina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En una <strong>trituradora <\/strong>afegeix les galetes maria i una mica de margarina per fer una base per al past\u00eds. Un cop triturada afegim la base a un motlle, es pot fer servir un plat gran i fondo.<\/p>\n<p>Ara, talla a <strong>rodanxes el pr\u00e9ssec<\/strong> i afegeix una capa, en acabar afegeix la <strong>llet condensada<\/strong> sobre la capa. Col \u00b7 loqueu una altra capa de galetes maria i pr\u00e9ssec i aneu afegint llet condensada a la capa superior.<\/p>\n<p>Repetiu el pas fins tenir el motlle ple i afegiu-lo a la nevera, en una temperatura de 0\u00ba.
