Ara, preparem <strong>una safata de forn amb paper albal o de forn<\/strong>, i anem afegint <strong>els trossos de pa<\/strong>. Sense ficar la safata <strong>preescalfem el forn a 180\u00ba<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El pas seg\u00fcent ser\u00e0 fer la nostra barreja perqu\u00e8 les rodanxes de pa passin a ser pa d&#039;all. Aquesta barreja es pot fer <strong>remenant a m\u00e0<\/strong> oa <strong>una trituradora<\/strong>, el millor \u00e9s la trituradora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.es\/Cortador-Sedhoom-Cuchillas-Inoxidable-Alimentos\/dp\/B074C1SSF6\/&amp;tag=cmvr0d-21\">trituradora <\/a>afegim <strong>les dues cullerades de mantega<\/strong>, les <strong>dues cullerades de formatge gorgonzola<\/strong>, la <strong>sal<\/strong>, la <strong>pebre<\/strong>, el<strong> ou<\/strong>, el <strong>all en pols<\/strong> i les <strong>3 caps d&#039;all<\/strong>. Remenem fins que quedi <strong>una mena de salsa espessa<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ara, a les safates amb el pa que hem preparat afegirem la barreja al pa, podem fer servir <strong>una brotxa<\/strong> o un <strong>ganivet de mantega<\/strong>. L&#039;\u00faltim pas seria posar-ho tot al forn ja preescalfat <strong>uns 15 minuts<\/strong>.
