Per\u00f2 per sort, no \u00e9s sempre tan dif\u00edcil fer que es <strong>mantinguin fredes<\/strong>, hi ha molts trucs i consells.<\/p>\n<h2>Com puc mantenir la meva beguda freda?<\/h2>\n<p>Una <strong>beguda freda<\/strong> pot fer que ens hidratem molt m\u00e9s i que elimini el nostre cansament davant les temperatures altes. Amb aquests trucs no necessitar\u00e0s ni tenir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.es\/Sauber-Frigor%C3%ADfico-DISPENSADOR-Eficiencia-INSTALACI%C3%93N\/dp\/B07ZP8YMB5\/&amp;tag=cmvr0d-21\">frigor\u00edfic<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Sense frigor\u00edfic<\/h3>\n<p>Hi ha moltes maneres de mantenir una beguda freda si encara no tenim frigor\u00edfic a casa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fes servir la pica<\/strong>. Omple una part de l&#039;aig\u00fcera d&#039;aigua i fica una mica de gel-hi, una vegada fet aix\u00f2 fiques les begudes que vulguis refredar i espera.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Utilitzeu l&#039;aixeta.&nbsp;<\/strong>Una altra forma \u00e9s ficar l&#039;aigua sota un raig d&#039;aigua freda de l&#039;aixeta o la dutxa durant 5 minuts. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, guardeu l&#039;aigua de l&#039;aixeta per fregar o netejar, no la desaprofiteu.<\/li>\n<li>Si tens congelador i el que va passar \u00e9s que vi visita a \u00faltima hora pots ficar-hi <strong>gots gruixuts de vidre al congelador<\/strong>, al cap d&#039;una estona estaran congelats i les begudes es refredaran.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remulla <\/strong>una tovallola o diari amb <strong>aigua freda<\/strong> i envolta la beguda. Mullem la sorra amb compte amb aigua per <strong>humitejar-la<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Col\u00b7loca les begudes dins de l&#039;olla petita i cobreix-ho amb un drap o tovallola mullada. Conformeu l&#039;aigua de la sorra i de la tovallola s&#039;evaporin, s&#039;aniran refredant les nostres begudes a l&#039;interior de l&#039;olla.
