Els s\u00edmptomes m\u00e9s comuns d&#039;insomni s\u00f3n: estar molta estona desperta al llit abans de poder quedar-te adormit, dormir en intervals curts, passar despert gran part de la nit, aixecar-se amb la sensaci\u00f3 de no haver dormit o despertar-se massa aviat.<\/p>\n<h2>Causes de l&#039;insomni<\/h2>\n<p>Les causes de l&#039;insomni poden ser diverses: problemes personals, familiars o laborals, desordres emocionals com la <strong>ansietat<\/strong>, la <strong>depressi\u00f3<\/strong> o la <strong>neurosi<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed com determinades malalties com les que provoquen dolor o dificultat en respirar perqu\u00e8 desperten la persona i dificulten el son.<\/p>\n<p>La majoria dadults necessiten dormir entre 7 i 8 hores per mantenir un ritme di\u00fcrn satisfactori. Dormir poc o fer-ho malament condueix de manera inevitable al cansament ia la <strong>manca de concentraci\u00f3 durant el dia<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2 hi ha uns h\u00e0bits que seran indispensables per recuperar el teu somni.<\/p>\n<h2>Trucs contra l&#039;insomni<\/h2>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 et donarem uns quants tipus per combatre l&#039;insomni:<\/p>\n<h3>Truc 1: Ves al llit nom\u00e9s quan tinguis somni<\/h3>\n<p>El llit \u00e9s nom\u00e9s per <strong>dormir<\/strong> (i per practicar sexe). No realitzis activitats que activin el teu cervell com mirar la tele, llegir, escriure, escoltar la r\u00e0dio, parlar per tel\u00e8fon, consultar les xarxes socials\u2026 Aquest tipus d&#039;activitats les haur\u00e0 de realitzar com a m\u00ednim dues hores abans de ficar-te al llit. El cervell necessita associar el dormitori i el llit nom\u00e9s a dormir.<\/p>\n<h3>Truc 2: Aneu a dormir cada dia a la mateixa hora<\/h3>\n<p>Mantingues un horari fix no nom\u00e9s per ficar-te al llit sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per aixecar-te fins i tot durant els fins d&#039;emana i vacances. Repeteix aquest proc\u00e9s tantes vegades com calgui.<\/p>\n<h3>Truc 4: Sopar com a m\u00ednim dues hores abans de ficar-se al llit<\/h3>\n<p>Anar a dormir despr\u00e9s de sopar afavoreix l?insomni. Deixa que passin almenys dues hores despr\u00e9s de sopar. Evita els sopars pesants o de dif\u00edcil digesti\u00f3 i no beguis l\u00edquids a l&#039;exc\u00e9s al final de la tarda nit. L&#039;alcohol i el <a href=\"http:\/\/trucos.com\/ca\/salut\/trucs-per-deixar-de-fumar\/\" title=\"Trucs per deixar de fumar\">tabac<\/a>, a m\u00e9s de ser perjudicials per a la salut, tamb\u00e9 alteren el son pel que tamb\u00e9 s&#039;haurien d&#039;evitar les hores pr\u00e8vies a ficar-se al llit.<\/p>\n<h3>Truc 6: Practica esport al mat\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s recomanable passejar o prendre el sol del mat\u00ed i practicar un m\u00ednim de 30 minuts de <strong>exercici<\/strong> suau durant el dia. No \u00e9s aconsellable fer esport a la tarda-nit.<\/p>\n<h3>Truc 7: Dorm nom\u00e9s a la nit<\/h3>\n<p>No dormis durant el dia. Evita les <strong>migdiades<\/strong>, sobretot a la tarda. Si no les pots evitar, procura que no superin els 30 minuts.<\/p>\n<h3>Truc 8: La rutina, la teva aliada per al somni<\/h3>\n<p>Estableix sempre la mateixa rutina abans d&#039;anar a dormir, com ara dutxar-te, posar-te al pijama, raspallar-te les dents, llegir (fora de l&#039;habitaci\u00f3) i dormir. Evita mirar la <strong>televisi\u00f3<\/strong> abans d&#039;anar a dormir.<\/p>\n<h3>Truc 9: Mantingueu l&#039;ambient de l&#039;habitaci\u00f3 adequat<\/h3>\n<p>Controla aspectes com la <strong>temperatura, el soroll, els llums<\/strong>\u2026 L&#039;habitaci\u00f3 ha d&#039;estar ventilada i fresca. El teu coix\u00ed i matal\u00e0s han de ser c\u00f2modes.<\/p>\n<h3>Truc 10: Si ronques, la posici\u00f3 en dormir \u00e9s important<\/h3>\n<p>Si ronques, evita dormir de panxa enlaire, <strong>posa&#039;t de costat<\/strong> i col\u00b7loca algun objecte a l&#039;esquena per no canviar la postura.<\/p>\n<h3>Truc 11: Millor en llits separats o en habitacions diferents<\/h3>\n<p>Si la teva parella interromp el teu somni per <strong>roncs o moviments<\/strong> \u00e9s recomanable dormir a llits separats oa diferents habitacions, prova durant un parell de nits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Truc 12: No prenguis medicaments pel teu compte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Encara que els f\u00e0rmacs poden ser una soluci\u00f3 per a l&#039;insomni \u00e9s important saber que prendre pastilles per dormir nom\u00e9s \u00e9s \u00fatil per a uns dies, altrament poden ser prejudicials i afectar-te durant el dia. <strong>Nom\u00e9s el metge pot prescriure aquest tipus de f\u00e0rmacs. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Truc 13: Realitza exercicis de relaxaci\u00f3 i respiraci\u00f3 abans de ficar-se al llit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Normalment, les persones amb insomni tenen una activitat fisiol\u00f2gica elevada a l&#039;hora d&#039;anar al llit. Aquest fet dificulta la conciliaci\u00f3 del somni.
