On this occasion we will leave you with a hot and a cold one so that you always have both options in mind.<\/p>\n<h3>Cold beet cream (2 or 3 servings)<\/h3>\n<p>We are going to need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cooked beet<\/li>\n<li>2 onions<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>5 Carrots<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons of apple juice<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons sea salt<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons of olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Step 1<\/h4>\n<p>Let&#039;s fry the <strong>onions <\/strong>and the <strong>garlic <\/strong>with <strong>oil<\/strong> and a pinch of <strong>salt <\/strong>for 10 minutes. We will add the <strong>carrots<\/strong>, the pepper, two cups of water and the <strong>oregano<\/strong>. Once fried, we leave it on kitchen paper to absorb the oil.<\/p>\n<h4>Step 3<\/h4>\n<p>We mix the <strong>seitan <\/strong>with the <strong>ketchup<\/strong> and the <strong>macaroni<\/strong>. We can decorate with a little <strong>parsley <\/strong>and if we want to add a little extra flavor we can add a little <strong>oregano <\/strong>and <strong>cheese <\/strong>either <strong>vegan cheese<\/strong> in case it is.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Seitan is a great substitute for minced meat or schnitzel in many cases.\" src=\"\/media\/upload\/2018\/08\/29\/macarrones_bolonesa_seitan_2.jpg\" style=\"width:100%\" title=\"Seitan in sauce\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Spaghetti with bolognese (textured soy)<\/h3>\n<p>For this recipe we will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 package of spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>1 Carrot<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Onion<\/li>\n<li>3 fresh tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 Cup of mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Tablespoon sea salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon smoked paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 splash of soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>Oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 glass of fine textured soy&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Step 1<\/h4>\n<p>Boil the <strong>pasta <\/strong>a little bit of <strong>salt <\/strong>and <strong>oil <\/strong>so that it does not stick, if you want you can add one <strong>vegetable pill<\/strong> to give it more flavor. Once it is boiled we drain it.<\/p>\n<h4>Step 2<\/h4>\n<p>Let&#039;s crush the 4 <strong>fresh tomatoes<\/strong> to make the sauce. We cut all the <strong>vegetable <\/strong>dice and fry it with <strong>olive oil <\/strong>until it is completely golden, stirring constantly so it doesn&#039;t burn. Add the <strong>textured soybeans<\/strong> and mix until the soybeans also brown.
