Unlockable Modes
Finish the game on any difficulty to unlock two extra modes.
Leech Hunter – This mode was available in the original version. He proposes to locate some two-color figures inside the mansion building. There are some special rules, like each character can only carry one type of leech.
Wesker Mode – New mode where Wesker replaces Billy. It doesn't change the story but it has new abilities, including lightning with eyes, fast running and can combine plants.

Aim for the head when an enemy approaches you. Your chances of crit are increased when you have Billy equipped with the Custom Gun.

Eliminate an enemy by setting it on fire.
You can do this with a Molotov cocktail (empty bottle combined with gasoline) or with the grenade launcher.
Roller – Bronze / 15G
Eliminate a zombie by crushing it.
Simply approach any of the zombies lying on the ground, before they get up, and press the action button when they are grabbing your leg; so you will crush his head.
Recycling – Bronze / 15G
Make a Molotov cocktail.
During the game you will find empty bottles and gasoline cans. The combination of both results in a Molotov cocktail.

Change your suit.
To change costumes, open the inventory and click on the character's personal item. Then press change and use the suitcase to select a new outfit.

Save your partner from the clutches of the enemy.

Interrupts a Hunter or Eliminator's jump with one shot.
(The Eliminators are the little monkeys). When any of them lunge at you, shoot with some powerful weapon. Jump easily.
Good Guy – Bronze / 15G
Escape from a Cerberus while it bites or attacks you.
Let one of the train dogs jump on top of you and press the action button to free yourself.
Personalized – Bronze / 15G
Create a custom gun.
Combine the gun pieces with Billy or Rebecca's gun to get the personalized gun. Obtained by opening the metal box in the basement (see main story section).
Have a good trip – Bronze / 15G
Use a green chemical.
Use a green chemical to heal yourself. They are obtained from some containers and stored in the medicine cabinet, Rebecca's personal item.
You have fire? – Bronze / 15G
Defeat Mimicry Marcus with a Napalm Bomb or a Molotov Cocktail.
Mimicry Marcus is the name of grouped leech that simulate a human form. You will find several during the game, so you will have the opportunity to kill one with a napalm bomb or Molotov cocktail.

Get all the weapons.
They must have gone through the inventory of the 13 different weapons in the game and have used the three types of grenades from the grenade launcher. See the corresponding section of the guide for more details.

Leech Hunter mode is unlocked by completing the main story for the first time. Rank E is the lowest of all, so it practically consists of passing it once with at least one amulet. If you want to know more, you can consult the corresponding section of the guide.
Obsession – Silver / 25G
Obtain all charms of one color.
Collect all 50 single-color amulets (preferably Billy's, since he's stronger) and head out the door. The trophy/achievement is not unlocked if you collect a single amulet of the other color and/or finish the game without having left through the door.
Predator – Silver / 30G
Eliminate all enemies in Leech Hunter mode.
Leech Hunter mode is unlocked by completing the main story for the first time. Explore all accessible rooms and defeat all enemies.
Looks that kill – Silver / 30G
Eliminate 50 enemies with fully charged Death Gaze.
You will first have to complete the main story once to unlock Wesker Mode in the Extras section of the main menu. Play it and kill 50 enemies using the fully charged Deadly Gaze skill.
