  • When ants walk they leave a trail of pheromones. As soon as you see ants around the house, remove them with soapy water, an all-purpose cleaner, or a bleach solution.
  • Soak a sponge with soapy water and make sure there are no ants left. When everything is clean, scrub well. It is advisable to use a spray better.
  • You can make your own anti ant solution. You will just need to mix apple cider vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Spray on the ants and trail and then wipe away.

Ants usually go together, if an ant goes alone it has simply gotten lost and it won't be a problem for you.

ant baits

If we see that the ants continue to come to our home, we can use a commercial bait to easily kill the entire colony. Those baits are often the best way to treat ants. The only thing needed is patience.

We can also do our own homemade bait, all we need is to mix 1 tablespoon of boric acid in a cup of sugar, sprinkle it on the areas where ants frequent the most and wait for it to take effect. Of course, you should keep pets and children away.

If we have children or a pet, we will only have to leave the mixture in a jar and make small holes in it, the ants will enter it.
