Important note: This request is not valid for people affected by an ERTE, since your company is already in charge of the different procedures with the SEPE.
Online SEPE appointment
Another option is request a virtual appointment with SEPE through the Internet so that a manager of said public service offers online assistance to the interested party. How to request unemployment with a digital certificate, electronic DNI or password
The second option is for those unemployed who They already have their digital certificate, electronic DNI or password and they can process the unemployment application directly online without assistance of any kind from the SEPE.
Thus, to request the contributory benefit through the internet and in online format, it is only necessary to access the SEPE electronic headquarters within the established schedule which is from 08:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday through the following link:

Important note: the company must have previously sent the company certificate to SEPE to validate your unemployment situation; In the event that the company has not sent said certificate, the interested party will have to complete several personal details before continuing with the request, which will be displayed on the screen as follows:

- Complete or check your Bank data.

Important information about applying for unemployment
