How to cure heat rash

Hydrate and take cold showers.

If the temperature continues to increase, you should drink cold waterHydration is very important to regulate body temperature. Another way to maintain a constant temperature of 21ºC is taking cold showers.

The water should be at a temperature that cools you, and you should use a antibacterial soap soft for affected zone. Do not scrub with the towel, use gentle touches. 

A cold shower will help soothe the rash.

Finally, to relieve the rash you can use hydrocortisone creams or an aloe vera lotion. This will relieve the itching.
