Development of all arms
Stunning Arm : To develop the Stunning Arm we first need to find its blueprint in the secondary mission 06.
Jehuty's Hand : To develop this arm we have to complete the side quest 49 "Legendary Ibis."
Rocket Arm : In order to develop this arm at level 5 we need to find a Rocket control specialist, in mission 32 in the Lammar Palace one of the prisoners we can rescue has this ability.
Explosive Arm : Same as for the Rocket arm, we need a Rocket control specialist.

Suits
Cyborg Ninja : To develop this suit we need the Master certificate (Standard), is obtained by completing all missions except repeated ones with high difficulty.
Raiden : To develop this suit we need the Grand Master Certificate (Standard), is obtained by completing all missions with an S rank, except those repeated with high difficulty.
Naked Silver : To develop this suit we need the Master certificate (Elite), this is obtained by completing all the missions that are repeated with greater difficulty (Extreme, Total Camouflage and Subsistence.
Naked Golden : To develop this suit we need the Grand Master Certificate (Elite), this is obtained by completing all the missions that are repeated with greater difficulty (Extreme, Total Camouflage and Subsistence, but with rank S.
Leather jacket : To develop this suit we need the Name Code Big Boss, obtained by completing secret mission 46.
Solid Snake : In order to equip this suit, we have to have saved data from Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes with the Déja-Vu side quest completed.
Wormhole Extraction
With our Fulton device we can use extractions to take resources and men to our base, wormhole extraction is the most advanced of all, since it creates a hole and allows us to extract in closed places, something we cannot do with the normal one, in order to develop it we need to complete secondary mission 50, Capture the Legendary Jackal.
