In the Evidence room of the police station you must go to the lock that has numbers and a key with the STARS emblem. Try one of these three passwords: 0131, 4011, 4312, 0513.

When you open it you will get the Emblem key. Go to the locked box in the STARS office, open it and you will get the Magnum revolver.

Resident Evil 3 Water Graph Puzzle + Solution Explanation

Jill's Diary

This is one of the most complicated challenges. To achieve this, you must collect the 30 files scattered throughout the game in the correct order. Once you achieve it, you will have access to Jill's diary to find out many valuable secrets that surround her and the plot of Resident Evil 3.

The first two are obtained just by starting the game, so there are 28 that must be collected. You won't get it if you haven't beaten the game at least a couple of times.

  1. You have this file when you start the game
  2. You also have this file when you start the game
  3. Clock tower postcard: It's on the counter at the bar where the zombie attacks Brad.
  4. Photo A: When the zombies break down the fence, there is a corpse behind it. Look for the photo before burning the rope with gasoline and the lighter.
  5.  Marvin Report: In the room that has no doors but does have blinds in the police station, search the policeman's body.
  6. David Memo: In the room where you can save on the ground floor of the police station, it is on the table.
  7. Kendo Fax: Go to the STARS team room at the police station, you will find it on the table where the printer is.
  8. Diary of a mercenary: After using the lockpick for the first time, you access a door with a corridor where there is a dead mercenary. Search the corpse twice. The first time he will give you pistol bullets, the second the precious file.
  9. City guide: Look over the tables at the bar where you first meet Carlos.
  10. Photo B: When you enter the publishing house there is a place where you have to crawl up the stairs to reach a switch. There is a public telephone where the photo is.
  11. ATTENTION: File 11 and 12 are in the same room. You have to collect them in the correct order or you will lose all progress. At the top of the publishing house there is a single room. On the table is the Photo C, which is file number 11. Grab it first.
  12. In the same room, but on the red boxes is the Journalist Memorandum which is file number 12.
  13. Mechanic's memorandum: In the cable car where you must use the fuse, the cable and the oil mixture is this file.
  14. ATTENTION: Same as before, they are in the same area and you have to catch them in the correct order or all progress is lost. After putting out the fire with the hose, you access another door. There we observe that Carlos kills his friend Murphy. On the table where the control is to see the projection is the Manager Report, which is number 14.
  15. In the same room, next to Murphy's body is the Commercial Fax.
  16. David's Diary: Before getting on the cable car, you have to go back to the beginning where you saw the first intro in which a guy locks himself in the bed of a truck. If you come back, that door will be open and you can pick up the file.
  17. Operation instructions: In the room where the clock towers are, examine the corpse right after taking the mine launcher and you will get the file.
  18. Illustrated postcard: Go to the clock tower library. The postcard is on the table that has a night lamp.
  19. Mercenary Agenda: After using the Chronos key you will enter through a sky door where there are giant spiders. Cross the corridor and you will solve the puzzle in the corners of the room. Look for the file where the mercenary and the girl are.
  20. Director's diary: When you are already playing with Carlos, you will find him in the Hospital.
  21. Photo D: After seeing how Nicolai kills the supervisor in the Hospital, there you will collect the key to the infirmary. Search below on the same site and you will get the photo file.
  22. Medical instructions: On the table in the room, where you will later prepare the vaccine for Jill, you will find the file.
  23. Photo E: Again as Jill, before using the lockpick to access the save game and get the key, look near the typewriter twice. First you will find a tape. Then you will get the photo file.
  24. Written orders to supervisors: Once you collect the Graveyard Key from a civilian's corpse, you will find an exploding barrel allowing you access to the dead factory. In that same place there are two more civilian bodies. The first will give you ammo and the other will give you the file.
  25. ATTENTION Again, be careful to take them in the correct order or progress will be lost. You can collect it after using the lighter with the fireplace for the last time. Through a gap you access a room where the archive of the Supervisor's Report.
  26. In the same room, on the blackboard, is the Barracks Fax.
  27. Manager's Diary: Before entering the dead factory you will have an encounter with Nemesis. Of the two options offered to you, choose to push it to enter through the main door. In the first room you find the typewriter, on the same table is the file.
  28. Safety manual: Where you find the water samples, look for it on the table next to the console.
  29. Incinerator manual: When you pick up the missile tracker heading towards Racoon City, just when you go down the stairs you will find the file on the wall at the bottom of the stairs.
  30. Archive classified photos: You will find it before facing Nemesis for the last time. When you leave the room where you found the previous file (Incinerator Manual) you will see many civilian corpses on the floor. To exit you will go through a corridor outside. In that same corridor you should look in the photos that are a few meters from the exit door. Pick it up and you can read Jill's diary.
