Playable Characters
We talk to you about each of the Pokémon selectable in this fighting game, in each one you will see a brief description and a video with all their movements and combos. Mewtwo and Dark Mewtwo must be unlocked To be able to use them, the section details what to do to unlock them.
Blaziken
This is a standard fighting/fire type Pokémon. It has a wide variety of movements including: fiery wave, fiery kick, fiery thrust, bold bird, high hook and high jump kick. In its ultra synergy, Blaziken mega evolves into Mega Blaziken.
Braixen
A standard class and fire type Pokémon, which bases its movements more on the safety of distance. Among its attacks we find flare and nitrocharge.
chandelier
One of the last Pokémon to be added to the roster of fighters, Chandelure is a power class and ghost/fire type Pokémon and its abilities and moves are will-o'-the-wisp, pollution, pyrotechnics, and misfortune. In its ultrasynergy it performs a powerful ghost attack.
Charizard
It is a Pokémon based on the strength and power of its movements. Most of its attacks are based on fire, such as flamethrower, fire fist and fiery thrust, although it also has seismic movement. In its ultra-synergy mode it mega evolves into Mega Charizard X.
Garchomp
In its ultra-synergy it mega evolves into Mega Garchomp. It is a power class and its attacks, such as sand loop and dragon charge, are based on brute force.
Gardevoir
It is a technical class and uses psychic type attacks such as psychocharge, reserve power, peace of mind, psychic and magic blade. In its ultrasynergy it evolves into Mega Gardevoir.
Gengar
It is a technical ghost-type Pokémon with abilities such as shadow ball, hypnosis, shadow fist, and curse. In its ultra-synergy it mega evolves into Mega Gengar.
Lucario
Lucario is a standard class and when he activates his Mega ultra synergy he evolves into Mega Lucario. His attacks are: aural sphere, bone attack, clap and extreme speed.
Machamp
It is a power class Pokémon with melee-focused attacks such as bulk, cross slash, submission, and point-blank range. In his ultrasynergy he turns red and performs a brutal physical attack.
Mewtwo: Complete the Red League and defeat Dark Mewtwo
As the most famous psychic Pokémon in the entire saga, Mewtwo bases its power on attacks such as hyper beam, psychocut, true wave, fire fist, ice fist and thunder fist. Its class is standard and in its ultra-synergy it mega evolves into Mega Mewtwo X.
Dark Mewtwo: Complete the Chroma League
A new Pokémon that appears for the first time in this game, and around which the story of the single-player mode revolves. Very similar to the original Mewtwo except for its striking dark color and a crystal shard embedded in its shoulder. Dark Mewto can be unlocked by progressing through the game's story, but can also be obtained in early access if the player scans its amiibo card. In its ultra mega synergy it evolves into Mega Dark Mewtwo X.
Pikachu
With a standard combat style and electric attacks such as lightning, static cheek, volt ball and thunder, Pikachu maintains a perfect balance between ranged and melee combat. In his ultrasynergy he launches a powerful electric attack.

The fighting version of Pikachu. At first glance it may seem like a simple skin of the original, but it is a completely complete character, with a speed class and with unique movements such as double team, quick attack, spark, electroweb and spark. In his ultrasynergy he executes the flying plank attack.
Sceptile
It is also a speed class Pokémon with moves such as recurring, sharp blade, drain and gigadrain. In its ultra synergy it Mega evolves into Mega Sceptile.
Suicune
Despite being a standard class, being a quadruped he bases his physical attacks on a somewhat different fighting style than the rest of the characters, but he also uses attacks such as aurora ray, hydropump, mirror mantle and blizzard. In his ultra synergy he unleashes a powerful ice attack.
Weavile
Another speed class Pokémon, with a combination of attacks that include everything from claws to ice attacks. Among his movements we can find fury blows, surprise, disarmament and shadowy slash. In his ultra-synergy he delivers a brutal claw attack to his opponent.
Helpers and how to unlock them
At the beginning of each battle, players will be able to choose a predefined set of 2 helper Pokémon. At the beginning of each round, we will have to choose which of these two Pokémon will help our playable character in the fight. Emolga and Fennekin: Available from the start.
Emolga- Performs the Volt Wave move, a fast, fast-recharging attack that reduces the opponent's speed.
Fennekin- Performs normal recharge move, Embers, an attack that creates a small dome of flame that knocks back and damages the opponent.
Snivy and Lapras: Available from the start.
Snivy: Performs the leaf cyclone quick recharge movement, a tornado of leaves that damages the enemy and prevents us from air attacks.
Lapras- Performs the normal recharge move, surf, a long-range water attack that damages the enemy and prevents them from making some ranged attacks.
Eevee and Frogaider: Available from the start.
Eevee- Perform normal support and reload movement, upgrade. This one recovers our health a little and increases the attack.
Fragoaider- Performs the quick recharge move, hydropulse, which damages the opponent with a succession of ranged disc-shaped attacks.
Cubone and Diglett: Defeat Travis in the Green League.
Cubone: performs the quick reload movement, bone-boomerang, in which he launches a ranged attack that attracts the opponent to our fighter
Diglett: Performs the quick reload move, dig, which attacks the opponent from below.
Jirachi and Whimsicott: Defeat Travis in the Green League.
Jirachi- Performs the normal support and recharge move, Wish, which recharges our Ultra Synergy meter.
Whimsicott: performs the normal, substitute support and recharge movement, which will protect us from ranged attacks for a time.
Croagunk and Sylveon: Defeat Travis in the Green League.
Croagunk- Performs the toxic quick-recharge and defense move, which paralyzes the opponent if they get close and damages them, as well as reducing their defense.
Sylveon- Performs the normal support and recharge move, reflex, which restores some health and improves defense.
Pachirisu and Magikarp: Defeat Keith in the Blue League.
Pachirisu- Performs the defense and slow recharge move, decoy, with this attack, Pachirisu will absorb the impact of one of the enemy's blows.
Magikarp- Performs the defense and slow recharge move, bounce. Magikarp launches himself on top of the opponent to interrupt their attacks and combos.
Ninetales and Mismagius: Defeat Keith in the Blue League.
Ninetales: Performs the defense and slow reload movement, will-o'-the-wisp, which places flames defensively between our fighter and the opponent to prevent him from getting closer.
Mismagius: Perform the normal recharge movement, ominous wind, which damages the opponent and increases our attack.
Rotom and Togekiss: Defeat Keith in the Blue League.
Rotom- Performs the defensive and quick-reloading move, Thunder Strike, which launches a direct attack at the opponent and prevents them from performing aerial attacks.
Togekiss: performs the normal support and recharge movement, kindred wind, which increases our character's speed.
Farfetch'dy Electrode: Defeat Elinn in the Red League.
Farfetch'd: performs the normal recharge movement, fury slash, which damages the opponent with successive attacks that stun temporarily.
Electrode: performs the normal defense and recharge movement, explosion, in which electrode explodes, after protecting us from an attack, damaging the opponent.
Dragonite and Victini: Defeat Elinn in the Red League.
Dragonite- Performs the slow recharge move, Draco Comet, which unleashes a powerful large area attack.
Victini- Performs the support and slow recharge move, V of Fire, which temporarily converts our fighter's attacks into critical hits and refills part of the synergy bar.
Espeon and Umbreon: Reach the Top 8 in the Green League.
Espeon: performs the support and quick recharge movement, morning sun, which recovers us from negative states and restores health proportionally to the time remaining.
Umbreon- Performs the defense move and slow recharge, scream, absorbs the opponent's synergy and negates the chance of receiving critical hits.
Reshiram and Cresselia: Reach the Top 8 in the Blue League.
Reshiram- Performs the slow recharge move, blue flame, which reduces the opponent's attack and deals a lot of damage.
Cresselia: performs the support and quick recharge movement, moon dance, which recovers us from negative states and restores part of our health, in addition to increasing the synergy indicator.
Quagsire and Magneton: Reach the Top 8 in the Red League.
Magneton: Performs the slow recharge move, triattack, a diagonally upward beam, which prevents aerial attacks and doubles negative effects.
Quagsire- Performs the slow recharge move, mud bomb, a large area attack that deals damage even if the opponent shields.
Yveltal and Latios: Reach the Top 8 in the Chroma League.
Yveltal- Performs the slow recharge move, Deathwing, a powerful attack from above, which heavily damages the enemy and prevents them from using their synergy.
Latios: Performs the normal defense and recharge move, glow, an attack that penalizes the opponent's movements and reduces their defense somewhat.
